So I ordered my new digital SLR camera that I've been wanting for ever. I have a brand new HUGE suitcase, bra, jeans, and house slippers. I think all I need now is my ticket, some film and some momory sticks! I'm also going to recive a free camera bag from a friend of my father's family, or I guess he might now be family. I'm not sure, but THANKS KURT!
I'm sooooo excited, I'm finally getting nervous, and realizing that it's actually happening.
Right now I'm in Arizona spending time with my mom and some friends that I haven't seen in quite some time, before I leave.


Oh my gosh, it's getting here. oh my gosh 3 more weeks!

Visa

My mom called me a few days ago and my Visa arrived. WOW that was fast, I've got to say. Only about a week after I sent the stuff in, they called me and told me to send them an envelope to send it back.

For a few days I was thinking that I was only going to get $800 for the semester abroad, but the stupid lady at Westminster says, oh no we don't know how much we'll give you until you do this and this. Well why didn't you tell me so!? JESUS! I hope they still have money to give me. And I'll be going to fast web all month. I did write a few essays and enters some art competitions, but nothin'. ah well.

Another Course Revision

They sadly canceled the Museum Management. Oh well I was really looking forward to that too, but what can you do?.

I sent my visa stuff of a few days ago, I know I procrastinated until the last few days I could get it in and be okay but I'm still really nervous! I hope 62 days is enough and that the girl behind the counter got everything right. GOD! PLEASE!

Visas and Finances

So I have all of my papers together to take down to the honorary consulate on Thursday to get it all signed, then I'll send them all off to San Fransisco. I'm a little nervous about it all. I'm scared I wont get it all in time. I thought I had it all under control but guess not as well as I thought.
I had to change my schedule because Museum Management was canceled, so I'm taking an intro to Anthropology instead, I'll still have a long weekend but it'll be 3 days instead of 4. Which means I can still travel just not as much as I had wanted. Oh well. BUT, my uncle got me a 3 country rail pass for my birthday, he's super awesome. I'm thinking, Italy (of Course), Austria, and I don't know what the third will be.
I've found someone to live in my room and take over my rent while I'm away. I'm a little nervous about that too. But I'm sure it'll be fine. She seems like a good person, and I had her sing a little contract.
Then lastly, I was at the bank today and talked to a banker about money in Europe and we went over some options and he told me a really great, and imaginative idea. I'll open an account in Italy and then when I need money my mother can transfer money to me through pay pal. Cheeeeap!
I'm so excited, It's all getting so very close. WOW.

Italian Info Packet and Interesting Info

I got the info packet in the mail last night! There's so much to read through, boy oh boy, but it's exciting.
There are some interesting things that I have already read. They have magazines and news papers in English and Italian, and movies too.
NO Peanut butter my oh my!
Being quick at showers is a good thing, which I am Whoot.
I think the word for tampons in any language is gross, Assorbenti interni.
I need more money...

I can't wait!

New Schedule

So, today I switched my schedule around so I'll be able to claim that I'm going to school full time in the US. I'm taking the Wine Appreciation for non credit, less hours as well. And I've replaced it with Museum Management. So my schedule is now:
